Dennis started his career as a Merchant Mariner and decided to get his real estate License for additional income. His career quickly took off when he started working for one of the largest investors in the state of Maryland. Soon after, he decided to leave his Merchant Mariner career and focus fully on real estate. He quickly learned how to accurately estimate renovation expenses and determine after-repair-values. Almost 7 years later, Dennis is now the owner of Property Solutions Group. He has developed a great team to help him invest on a larger scale. To date, Dennis has renovated dozens of homes, acquired a portfolio of rental properties, and completed hundreds of real estate transactions.
