Dennis started as a Merchant Mariner and got his real estate license on the side. He went to work for one of the largest investors in Maryland, then left the ships to do real estate full time. He learned how to price repairs and after-repair value. Almost seven years later he owns Property Solutions Group. He has renovated dozens of homes, built a rental portfolio, and completed hundreds of transactions.
